What are the delivery times?

Delivery times vary between 2 and 5 working days for mainland France.

International delivery times can be up to 10 days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, delivery is free for purchases over €49 for France, Monaco and Andorra.

And from €99 for European Union countries, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

Can I modify or cancel my order after validation?

Changes are possible within one hour of ordering.

Where can I buy your products outside of the website?

Cosmalp does not have a physical store open to the public, but our products are available in many pharmacies located in the heart of the largest French ski areas:

Can I return a Cosmalp product?

Yes, you can request a return within 14 days of receipt only in case of defective, damaged or mistakenly received product.

Product must be unopened, unused, in its original sealed packaging, with proof of purchase.

For hygiene reasons, returns of opened, used or unwanted products are not accepted.

How does the reimbursement work?

Once your return has been validated and received, we will refund you within 10 working days via the initial payment method.
